 Atlanta EPS FPSO

 1. Perform a Technical Audit on the topsides conversion activities of the FPSO at a European yard.

 2. Integrate into the Construction Team for the FPSO Topsides conversion, and provide expertise and recommendations as required.

 3. Provide recommendations on changes to Organisation Structure for future similar conversions.

 4. Act as Owner's representative and oversee the topsides conversion of the FPSO from a light crude to heavy crude operation, completed in a  Norwegian shipyard.

5. Represent the owners during a "Lessons Learned" discussion session, by presenting an overview of many of the issues that delayed the project.

Also provided positive feedback and contributed to the "Way Forward", that will be applied for all similar future conversions.

Varg FPSO

1. Inspect the Varg FPSO which had been laid up for almost two years, to assess the possibility of redeployment for future use in a different oilfield,  after further topsides modifications and additions.

Petrobras P77 FPSO

1. Investigate and resolve compressor issues discovered during the FPSO construction in Cosco shipyard, Dalian, China.

2. Manage the shore-side strip down, inspection, repair, and rebuild of the compressor, followed by re-installation on the FPSO.

3. Oversee the onboard pre-commissioning of the equipment following satisfactory repair.

Petrobras P75 FPSO

1. Investigate and resolve similar compressor issues on this FPSO whilst undergoing start-up offshore Brazil, including management of the shore-side repairs and modifications required for the machines.

Equinor BM-C-33 FPSO 

1. Developed requirements for five compression packages and one Turboexpander package.  Produced and issued specifications, evaluated multilple offered solutions, and completed technical bid evaluations.

2. Held clarification discussions with all respective bidders to resolve any issues and align them with Client requirements. Recommended respective suppliers for each of the packages.

1. Project manage the concept study for the Salinas Bay offshore & onshore development in Mexico.

1. Consultants to investigate & resolve repeated centrifugal compressor seal failures
